    Communication in Cultures and Groups

From communicating to being part of a group, Communication and Speech is a big part of our world and what makes humans and culture connect with one another. All of these presentations described and show how communication is a big part of our environment and how leaders come to be who they are as a person. Through meeting people and even just exploring other nations, people come to understand why communication and culture is a big impact on our lives

With the rundowns of what defines groups, presentations were showcased to show more indepth explanations of what groups are and how we as people communicate with one another, a lot of things were written and explained well and it gives signs of what good communication skills and people are. With these presentations in hand, it gives a good overview of how people will fit into cultures, society, and groups as a whole. It can give more hope in terms of people coming together to understand one another to create a planet of peace which is something a lot of people wish the world would have

                                              Different ways of saying Hello around the world

Around the Globe consists of many languages, cultures, races, and many other things that can be described as Humanity's way of communication. Through all these differences we get introduced to global communication and a way of understanding how different humans are from one another depending on where we are as a species in differents parts of the world. Every culture is unique into how they think about certain global issues, their thoughts on religious beliefs, architectural structure of buildings and homes, and a lot more. Throughout time, humanity and its cultures have evolved and come to understand one another even if it means having to go through conflicts that unfortunately plague the world to this day.

Intercultural Communication is a big part of learning of how other cultures get represented in their ways of communication. It shows how different the world is in terms of what is practiced in certain cultures, what foods are made, what traditions are done. Its an overall big part of understanding other cultures besides the ones we're used to living in. An important thing about different cultures and groups is how different people pronounce and call things. For example, Alfred in the first group showed an image of Chips in the UK and in the USA and how different they are called. It is quite fascinating being able to see how different our societies are and it was shown in the presentation very well.

From all these forms of communicating and cultures, we are divided separately by different kinds of Groups that all fall under similar categories but act different from one another. Most of these differences come from having problems that need to be fixed and different groups come up with different solutions. These can be identified as either Business problems in corporations, Drama between family or friend groups and so much more and can come down to solutions depending on how people think. Not everyone will have the same kind of solutions planned out but its worth trying if it can get a problem solved.  

Groups can fall under many different categories such as Family, Virtual, Social, and Interest groups. All of these act different but can be very similar depending on how groups function. With all these groups in place, they identify what categories people are separated into and what those people are.

                                                              Virtual Communications    

Throughout time, technology has also advanced and the human race finds more ways to communicate throughout the world. And virtual technologoies such as phones and computers were made and browsers such as Zoom and Instagram have existed as social platforms for people to meet online and communicate with one another. The idea of being able to meet people around the world from being at home and somewhere else gives the idea of hope of cultures understanding each other and groups of people being to meet others to grow peace. Online life has had a bunch of ups with how people meet each other but it also has had its issues where people can get way to delved online and it causes people to feel separated from reality which is one of the few downfalls of virtual communication. But besides all the bad things, the idea of meeting people online and seeing news of other cultures is very helpful to other cultures to understand each other and to keep moving forward as groups of people on Earth.

With all these different cultures and groups combined, comes a leader whom most people must follow and understand why they are leaders. Most leaders have a structure and understanding that most people in a culture or group may follow and some who oppose and dont agree with their terms. With being a leader also comes losses with benefits, they are the main symbol of what defines a group and what forms a group in the first place. These individuals carry merit and a display of honor of what comes forward in groups. These leaders have responsibilites as well such as managing conflict between individuals, managing how a group of people should specifically act. 

During these presentations of communication, we had 3 groups with 3 leaders who all did a very good job of expressing how leaders should act when dealing with a group scenario in this case, a project about Groups. The members worked on slides with the Leader but the leader made the final calls on what to present and how to. These leaders show how people should follow good examples of what leaders do since they show insight and how to get solutions to specific problems. As the presentations went on we were able to see how all 3 of the projects differed from one another whether it was a different topic about communication and cultures, the vast differences in ways of communicating, leadership and much more, we were able to see how groups of people act during times where something must be completed and researched.

All of these presentations did a fantastic job in showing how different our societies and cultures are and i encourage others to study and learn more than just one culture or group of people since it can be helpful if you are someone who wants to travel the world or explore what kinds of differences we have living in the Earth
